On a mission to get back to Mexico my stay in Belize was short.
I entered from Guatemala, backpacking San Ignacio and Cahal Pech.
I avoided Belize City, though in hindsight I wish I had given it a bit of time.
Belize is an easy country to travel through. The bus network is good and yes, they speak English in Belize. It's also one of the most expensive countries, along with Costa Rica, in Latin America.
