Free ATM Cash Withdrawals in Malta.
Malta uses the Euro. Lombard Bank Malta Plc is one of Malta's major banks, together with Bank of Valletta, HSBC Bank Malta and APS Bank and I am pleased to report that there are no ATM withdrawal fees. Tried and tested by Nomadic Backpacker using a UK-issued Monzo Mastercard debit card.
