The Nomadic Backpacker Logo

Nomadic Backpacker Logo
This is the Nomadic Backpacker logo.

It's a bit retro, isn't it?
Retro on Google means: 'imitative of a style or fashion from the recent past'. think 1970s. Everything in block, bold fonts.

The background is actually a 'section' simply set to #194cc5 and a screen shot taken and suitably cropped. I  ended up on this blue from Html Color Codes, indeed, using their 'old' site. Very apt, don't you think?

The title, Nomadic Backpacker is done using the H1 Title Tag from Weebly, developed by 'editortricks', formerly 'weeblytricks' using the Montserrat font.

The sub title, Living Out Of A Backpack Since 2001 is done using the H+ Title Tag, also from Weebly/developed by editortricks. It's set as H2, which is optimal from sub headlines and also uses the Montserrat font.

I'm a backpacker. All this debate of whether you are a traveller or tourist sucks. We are all, after all tourists. But generally, a backpacker lives out of a backpack, a tourist lives out of a suitcase.

Living Out Of A Packpack Since 2001, this is because my present lifestyle really began when I was on the road and visited Southeast Asia for the first time. Since then, I have lived simply, with nothing more than a backpack to hold my possessions.
