Andorra ATM Fees - 2 Banks With No Withdrawal Charges

Even if you can pay for most things by card, it is still worth having some good old-fashioned cash on you.
I saw 1 bar that said, NO VISA or MASTERCARD and if you want to travel by bus within Andorra, you cannot pay with a credit card, so, cash can still be king here. And in Andorra, they use the Euro!
Thankfully, there are 2 ATMs that I tested that won't charge you a withdrawal fee.

I used the MoraBanc ATM in Andorra with my Mastercard Post Office Travel Card. There was no ATM fee though I had a 2€ fee my end.

I used the AndBank ATM in Andorra with my UK-issued Monzo Mastercard. No fee.
I tried a 3rd bank, Creand (formerly Crèdit Andorrà) but 2 cards were declined, no reason given.
