Countries & Territories Visited According to The British FCO

The British Foreign and Commonwealth Office, as of November 2023 lists 226 different Countries and Territories.
I like their list better than the UN Member States List because they list Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Kosovo and Western Sahara separately. They also include The Occupied Palestinian Territories, which pleases me.

But if they can include Western Sahara, San Marino, why don't they include Transnistria (below) or Nagorno Karabakh?
But weirdly, they don't list England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Hell, they don't even list The United Kingdom. It exists. I went there. I have a passport from there. And a birth certificate.

So the The British Foreign and Commonwealth Office list is no better, no worse than the UN Member State list.
