How to get from Belfast to Narnia and Realise Your Dreams
Narnia, the perfect country perhaps, where you don't need a passport or any other form of identification and a place where your dreams really do come true.
The Chronicles of Narnia is a series of 7 fantasy novels published between 1950 and 1956, written by C.S. Lewis who was born very close to what is now C.S. Lewis Square.
I have to admit that I have not read The Chronicles of Narnia but we used to watch it on a Saturday evening when we were having tea, in the days when we only had 4 channels to choose from.
How to get to Narnia:
First, you have to get to CS Lewis Square which is on the Newtownards Road in EastSide, Belfast.
I walked there from my hostel but you could take a bus or tram.
And in the middle of CS Lewis Square, you'll find the Wardrobe that will take you to Narnia.
There is a chair to sit on if there is a queue and CS Lewis will sign your copy of The Chronicles of Narnia before you go.
And all you have to do is walk into the wardrobe, Belfast to Narnia, perhaps the world's easiest and most satisfying border crossing.
