Unicaja doesn't charge any transaction fee for using their ATMs in Spain.
Free ATMs are a just one of the ways a budget traveller can really save some money. Just look at the fees at 2 of the biggest banks in Spain:
7€, I laugh at that. It almost matches their 10 USD withdrawal fee in Mexico. 7€ was my daily budget in Cambodia many years ago.

Do you still need cash in Spain?
Why worry about ATM fees if you can pay with a card everywhere?
There has been 1 instance where I couldn't use cash, on the Fly Toledo Urban Zip-Line. And 1 instant when I needed 20€, for the key deposit at the hostel in Barcelona.
And of course, if you are still a fan of using only cash, this post is for you.
