Samsung Tab A 10.1 2019 Tablet
I bought a Samsung Tab A 10.1 2019 WI-FI only tablet.
I knew I'd be needing a new Lap Top/Tablet at some point. My Tab 4 goes on the blink sometimes. The screen flickers, the battery level goes from 30% to 5% in just a few minutes.
I had been deliberating over getting a Microsoft Surface Go. The idea of running my Weebly website on Windows appealed. The Weebly App for Android is a bit limited. The major flaw is that I cannot link text. It is possible on iOS but not Android. And running desktop Weebly on a mobile device is not really, though quite possible, ideal.
In the end, the cost factor won. I went with the tablet choice. A 2019 Samsung Tab A 10.1, wifi only would set me back just £159.99. The Microsoft Surface Go with a keyboard would be £400+.
I've used my Samsung Tab 4 8" hard since I picked it up in Hong Kong back in 2014. 5 years of hard use. It cost me about 180€. Per day that's darn cheap. I like Samsung products, though I may be biased simply cos I've only ever used Samsung products. My smartphone is a 2016 J5. It still performs admirably. I don't use it much as a phone per se, but as a computer, it gets hammered and it's still going strong.
This is not an affiliate post nor a Samsung sponsored post. Oh, how I wish.

I downloaded my favourite apps: Weebly, Proton, Snapseed, Adobe, AVG.
It's good to go. Everything downloads much faster. There's oodles more internal memory and I added a 32GB external micro SD card.
I've got a few free CLOUD storage accounts so I can back up my photos. But I do like to upload the good ones to Weebly as soon as I can.
