I travel from San Pedro to Panajachel across Lake Atitlán

Leaving Hotel San Francisco, it was not a happy stay.

First stop was at the Italian place for a coffee:

Small boats run regularly to Panajachel stopping at the small villages of San Juan, San Marcos, Tzununa, Jaibalito and Santa Cruz.

Here is a list of the prices:

The price is fixed.

The boat to Santiago is a scam. Locals pay 10Q and the gringo price is always 25Q. I do not support this behavior, such that I didn't even go.

The ride was easy . The sun was out, though of course later it will be raining. Happy days!
