I got mine at MetroBank when I opened up an account there. These are a great idea.

They basically provide a protective barrier for you bank cards. In the days where most people have gone contactless, they stop someone scanning your card when it is supposedly out of reach, in a wallet, deep within your pocket or in a money belt. And they stop your card being skimmed, where the card is read and details taken.

A necessary item to combat card fraud as you backpack the world or even when you are walking the streets in your home town.

They are being sold on Ebay. Hell, just go into MetroBank and get them for free!
