How to get from Tegucigalpa to San Pedro Sula by bus

I travelled on the Transportes Cristina bus from Tegucigalpa to San Pedro de Sula. From one of the most dangerous capitals in the world to the most dangerous city in Honduras, even maybe the world.
As I make my way back to Mexico and Miss CDMX, I headed north out of Tegucigalpa to San Pedro Sula with the idea of crossing into Guatemala at Corinto and onto Puerto Barrios and Livingston and then catch a boat to Punta Gorda in Belize, my last Central American country and my 105th (98th UN listed) country, though in the end I went from Livingston to Rio Dulce to Flores and crossed into Belize at Melchor de Mencos.

I had the staff at the Palmira hostel call me a cab. I promised myself no heroics here. 110 Lp. I arrived in plenty of time to buy a ticket on the 8:30 am bus. The fare was 250 Lp, 10 USD (2022 price).
If you prefer, you can buy your tickets in advance.
It was very comfortable. We made a break halfway for 25 minutes. Arrived in San Pedro Sula at 1 pm.

I rode a minivan to the centre, 12 Lp, got out at some convenient point and walked like 10 blocks to my hotel.
